The National Press Foundation, a non-profit educational foundation based in Washington, D.C., with a grant from the Ethics & Excellence in Journalism Foundation, is offering an all-expenses-paid four-day fellowship on "Understanding Violent Weather."

The program will be held April 19-22 at the National Weather Center in Norman, Okla.
